Well, actually, I broke the mic arm off one of them before I realized that they couldn't be adjusted (bent). Still, they won't hold up for very long without being careful and not letting your teensagers use them. The sound quality is more than adequate.They are so lightweight that I'm afraid I'm going to break it sometimes. A little superglue and it was fine.
That was over a week ago, and we have not heard back from them. Very very bad service. Clearly they had not read our complaint at all. and saying that we must return it with no damaged parts before they would consider refunding the money. I wrote to the supplier explaining the problem, asking for a refund, and offering to return the product if they would send an address. When I hooked the headset over my ear, I heard the snap of one of the components breaking. The vendor wrote back promptly stating that they would charge us a restocking fee (so they must plan on sending this broken unit out to someone else). We wrote back saying that was an unsatisfactory solution and asking for an better solution from them.
Not very loud even with volume turned all the way up. Hard to keep on your ear and then adjust mouthpiece. Caller on other end detects a funny background noise.
